Wholesale Flowers and Supplies
Why aren't orders price-locked?
Our flower prices fluctuate daily due to variable production costs from our growers and changing freight charges. While we consistently negotiate to secure the best prices for our valued customers, we're unable to guarantee fixed prices. Our commitment is to offer competitive rates that reflect current market conditions. What days do fresh flower shipments arrive?
Fresh flower deliveries occur on most days of the week, except Sundays. While there's no set schedule, we typically receive shipments every weekday and Saturday, usually before noon. Our team processes and hydrates these flowers carefully, ensuring they're ready for sale by the afternoon. Can we procure flowers that aren't on the availability list?
We're always eager to assist with special flower requests. If you don't see a specific variety or color in our order form, please include your inquiry with your order. Our purchasing manager, with 30 years of industry experience, will do everything possible to source your desired flowers. What is the best pick up time?
Our store operates from 8am to 5:30pm. While you're welcome to collect your order anytime during these hours, we kindly request pickups before 5pm if possible. This allows us sufficient time to count, verify, and process orders, ensuring a timely store closure. Can we provide delivery?
We don't offer delivery for bulk flower orders. However, our design department does provide delivery services for a diverse range of beautifully crafted and reasonably priced floral arrangements. Is it possible to change an order after it has been placed?
We understand that flower needs can change, so we do allow for one modification to your order if needed. If we're unable to accommodate the requested changes, we'll contact you promptly to discuss alternative options.Do I have to take everything if I accidentally ordered too much?
We're flexible with small discrepancies in pickup orders, such as a couple of bunches. However, for larger quantities, we expect customers to purchase the amount they've ordered. How many stems are in the bunches of flowers?
The stem count varies across our extensive range of flower bunches. Some of our most popular varieties include roses, carnations, baby's breath (gypsophila), oriental lilies, gerbera daisies, tulips, dahlias, pom poms, and hydrangeas. Each type may have a different number of stems per bunch.
