Our 24″ Open Heart is made with high quality aquafoam preformed into a snap-fit plastic heart shape with a nice backing. Wholesale Flowers has three sizes of this heart available 12, 18“, 24″ , and we carry the “Solid” heart in 3 sizes as well. These high quality forms  have a sturdy hanging tab incorporated, the snap fittings allow the floral foam to be removed and replaced with ease, the more exposed foam allows easier placement of flowers and foliage.
